International MICE Geography Show Russia 2018 (IMG Show) will be held in the capital of Russia on October 25-26, 2018. The agenda includes a MICE workshop and an educational conference.
The event will start off with the MICE workshop hosted by the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Moscow. Among the workshop’s hundred exhibitors are representatives of hotel operators, airlines, congress bureaus, and foreign ministries of tourism, who will communicate the possibilities for corporate customers from different regions of Russia.
The second day of IMG Show will be dedicated to the educational conference held in Soglasie HALL. The agenda covers relevant issues related to business travel industry: domestic and foreign experts and officials will share the latest MICE news and tendencies and discuss how to effectively organize navigation at the event venue, how to capture the best coverage of the event, and how to impress guests when all “WOW-effects” have already been tried out.
The event aims to establish a business network for providers of MICE and business travel services and their customers. The intensive programme of the two-day IMG Show will demonstrate the potential of Moscow as a prospective location for large-scale business events. In addition to the workshops, the educational part will enable the participants to broaden their knowledge in the field of business travel and event management, to share professional experience, and to discuss topical issues.
The IMG Show 2018 is organized by the Department for Sport and Tourism of Moscow and coordinated by the Russian Association of Business Travel (ABT-ACTE Russia).
“The Forum is of high significance for the city and affects its business activity in a positive way. Our objective is to show that Moscow stands out with both historic heritage and business opportunities. One can and should come here not only on holidays, but also to broaden business horizons,” commented Nikolay Gulyaev, head of the Department for Sport and Tourism of Moscow.
