TravelClick, an Amadeus company, announces that Radisson Hotel Group has endorsed the use of TravelClick’s powerful Demand360 to be progressively rolled out across its hotels in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

With Radisson Hotel Group joining the Demand360 programme, there are more than 30,000 properties worldwide contributing their future and historical data. Demand360 is the only competitive market intelligence product available to the hospitality industry that provides forward-looking reservation metrics and competitive share by segment and channel, allowing hotels to plan an effective revenue strategy and stay ahead of the competition.

Radisson Hotel Group and TravelClick will work together to increase the adoption and implementation of Demand360 throughout the hotel group’s portfolio across EMEA.

  • “Redefining and optimizing our pricing strategy in a competitive hospitality landscape is a key element of the Group’s five-year operating plan, and we believe that the Demand360 program will help us become even more competitive and relevant in the market,” explained Gianni Di Fede, EMEA Vice President, Total Revenue Optimization, Radisson Hotel Group.
  • “We are excited about our partnership with Radisson Hotel Group as the Demand360 network continues to grow exponentially,” added Greg Sheppard, Senior Vice President, Business Intelligence, TravelClick. “Delivering historical and forward-looking competitive data is the best way for hoteliers to establish their strongest strategy for success. We’re pleased to continue to be the leading provider of valuable market insight enabling hoteliers to maximize both their revenue and profitability.”
